All BRAVORA shipments are free, insured for 100% of the piece's value, and arrive in discreet packaging. Because an engagement ring deserves to arrive safely — and sometimes in secret.

1. Shipping zones and delivery times
We ship throughout the European Union free of charge via FedEx. Once your ring is made and ready to ship, the delivery times are:

* The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and destinations outside the EU are handled on a case-by-case basis. Spanish VAT (21%) does not apply to these zones, but import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are payable by the recipient. Write to us before placing your order and we will let you know the exact conditions for your destination.
2. Production lead time
We work 100% made-to-order. Every ring is handcrafted in our Barcelona atelier after we receive your design approval and payment.
Typical production lead time: 4–5 weeks from design approval (3D render).
Shipping time: 1–3 additional business days once the ring is ready.
Estimated total lead time: 5–6 weeks from design approval to delivery.
If you have a specific date in mind — a proposal, an anniversary, a trip — let us know from the start. We will prioritize your order in the production schedule and keep you updated at every milestone in the process.
Catalog pieces
Pieces from our standard collection have the same production lead time, as they are also made to order in your size. If a piece is available in stock, we will let you know and shipping takes place within 1–3 business days.
3. Insured shipping
All BRAVORA shipments are insured for 100% of the piece's value throughout transit, from the moment it leaves our atelier until it reaches your hands.
The insurance covers loss, theft, and damage during transport. You do not need to purchase any additional shipping insurance — it is already included.
This insurance covers transit only. Once you receive your ring, we recommend taking out a separate jewelry insurance policy to cover loss, theft, or damage in your everyday life.
4. Discreet shipping for surprise proposals
We know that many of our customers are planning a marriage proposal. That's why all BRAVORA shipments are discreet by default:
- The outer package contains no logos or indication of its contents.
- No invoices or price documentation are included inside the package.
- The sender does not reveal the nature of the contents.
If you need to coordinate delivery for a specific date or at a particular time to avoid the other person being home, let us know and we will arrange it with you.
5. Order tracking
Once your ring is made and on its way, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. With it you can check in real time where your package is and when it will arrive.
If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, write to us and we will update you directly.
6. Delivery and signature
All BRAVORA shipments require a signature from the recipient at the time of delivery. This is a security measure: as this is an insured jewelry shipment, FedEx will not leave the package without a signature.
An adult must be available at the delivery address to sign for the package. If no one is home on the first attempt, FedEx will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
Delivery address
The shipment is sent to the address you provide during checkout. It must be a physical address (home or workplace). We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We can only guarantee the change if the shipment has not yet left our atelier.
7. What happens if my ring is lost?
Don't worry. All shipments are insured for 100%. In the unlikely event of loss or theft during transit, we handle the claim directly with FedEx and make your ring again at no additional cost.
We will keep you informed at every step of the process until you have your piece in hand.
If upon receiving the package you notice signs of tampering or external damage, note it on the FedEx delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately.
8. Shipping outside the EU
We ship internationally outside the European Union upon request. Each destination has specific conditions that we manage individually.
What you need to know
- For destinations outside the EU, Spanish VAT of 21% does not apply. The price of your ring is adjusted accordingly.
- Each country applies its own import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These costs are the recipient's responsibility and are paid at the time of delivery or customs clearance.
- Shipping costs and insurance conditions may vary by destination.
If you are outside the EU and wish to place an order, write to us before purchasing. We will inform you of the VAT-free price, shipping costs for your zone, and an estimate of applicable duties in your country.
9. Frequently asked questions about shipping
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date from FedEx, but we can coordinate the shipping date with you so that it arrives within a window of days. If you are planning a proposal for a specific day, let us know and we will plan everything with plenty of time to spare.
Can I send my ring as a gift to another address?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. The package will arrive without invoices or prices, just as we do with all our shipments.
Do you ship to Latin America?
Yes, upon request. Write to us with your destination country and city and we will give you a shipping quote, estimated delivery time, and information on applicable duties.
Is return or resizing shipping also free?
Yes. For returns within the return window (30 days, catalog pieces), resizing (90 days), and warranty claims, round-trip shipping is on us. See full details in our returns policy.
Can I pick up my ring in person in Barcelona?
Yes. If you are in Barcelona or can travel here, we can arrange an in-person handover. Write to us to set a date and time.
What happens if I'm not home when the package arrives?
FedEx will attempt to contact you to reschedule the delivery. If after several attempts this is not possible, the package will be returned to our atelier and we will coordinate a new shipment with you at no additional cost.
