Can I commission a design completely from scratch?
Yes. We start from your ideas, references, or even a sketch, and create an exclusive design just for you.
What is the custom ring design and manufacturing process at BRAVORA like? How long does it take?
We work 100% on demand:
- Briefing (style, budget, and timeline)
- Proposal and fixed quote (we cover all unforeseen costs)
- Secure payment (card or bank transfer)
- 3D render and adjustments (as many as you need)
- Handcrafted production
- Delivery.
Production typically takes ~4 weeks from your 'OK' on the render design, and the full process usually falls between 4–5 weeks, depending on complexity. If you have a specific date, we prioritize it and keep you updated at every milestone.
Can I make changes after seeing the 3D render?
Yes, as long as it is before handcrafted production begins. The 3D render lets you see your ring from every angle and review every detail (shape, proportions, setting, profile, prongs…). That's the moment to adjust whatever you need. Once it's made, the design is locked because it's a one-of-a-kind piece made exclusively for you that cannot be sold to anyone else.
How do I get the right size if I want it to be a surprise?
We can guide you with at-home methods (measuring an existing ring or using a sizer), and if we don't get it right, we include a free resizing within the 90 days after delivery.
Can I return or exchange a custom ring?
Custom pieces are made exclusively for you according to your specifications, so they are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind: they cannot be resold to anyone else.
If you receive your ring and notice any defect or issue, we take full responsibility for repairing or replacing it. We also include one free resizing within the 90 days following delivery, as long as the adjustment is technically possible without compromising the piece.

How long will my purchase take?
We work 100% on demand. Typically 4–5 weeks from design approval; if you have a special date, we note it on the production calendar.
Which countries do you ship to?
- Spain and the entire European Union: secure shipping with tracking and insurance included.
- Latin America and other international destinations: we handle these case by case. Shipments outside the EU do not include the 21% Spanish VAT. Each country applies its own import duties, taxes, and restrictions.
What happens if the courier loses my ring?
All our shipments are 100% insured until you receive the ring. In the unlikely event of loss or theft during transit, we handle the claim directly with the courier and make your ring again at no additional cost. We keep you informed at every step of the process until you have your piece in hand.
What happens if I want to return a ring I bought on the website?
If you purchased a ring that is NOT customized (from our standard collection), you can return it without explanation within 30 calendar days of receipt. We only ask that it is in perfect condition, with its original packaging, tags, and documentation intact — and we cover the return shipping. Once we receive it and verify its condition, we process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days, to the same payment method used (excluding the original shipping cost, which is not refunded).
How do I get the right size if I want it to be a surprise?

Can small changes be made to a design from the website?
Yes. We can make adjustments such as modifying the band width, changing the type of prongs, or the ring profile. Please keep in mind that by introducing changes to an existing BRAVORA model, the piece is considered a custom design, subject to the manufacturing conditions, timelines, and return policy applicable to this type of order.
Can you keep my purchase secret for a surprise proposal?
Yes. Our shipments are discreet: they include no invoices or visible logos on the package, and the sender does not reveal the contents. If you'd like, we can coordinate delivery for a specific date.

What warranty do BRAVORA rings come with?
All our rings include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects: setting, structure, soldering, finish, and metal. If you notice a problem, we repair or replace it at no cost and with no time limit. Which metals can I choose?
Yellow, white, or rose gold (14K or 18K) and platinum. On special order, we can also make pieces in palladium or silver, though these are not standard options in our collection. All our rings bear the official hallmark certifying the metal and its purity, in accordance with Spanish assay regulations. This stamp, discreetly engraved on the inside of the band, guarantees the metal has been verified by an authorized laboratory.
Are the diamonds certified? GIA or IGI?
Yes. All diamonds, whether natural or lab-grown, come with an independent certificate, usually GIA or IGI, depending on availability and preference. These certificates detail the 4Cs and the number laser-inscribed on the girdle for online verification.
And moissanite — is it certified?
Moissanite and other lab-created gemstones are not externally certified, but we guarantee their quality and authenticity through our internal quality control.
Are all white gold rings rhodium-plated?
Yes. Rhodium gives white gold a brighter, cooler tone, plus an extra layer of protection. With wear, this plating can thin and may need touch-up every few years, depending on usage.
Are colored gemstones treated?
At BRAVORA we only work with treatments accepted in high-quality jewelry, such as heat treatment for sapphires or rubies, and colorless oil for emeralds. These processes are permanent, do not affect durability, and the color does not degrade with normal wear.
For natural gemstones, all come certified by an independent gemological laboratory, which indicates whether or not any treatment is present. That way, you'll always know exactly what you're buying.
Are the rings durable enough for daily wear?
Yes, as long as they're worn with care. Platinum and 14K gold are the most resistant to scratching and deformation. 18K gold offers a richer tone but is slightly softer. Gemstones with a Mohs hardness of 8 or above (such as diamonds, moissanite, sapphires) are very durable for daily wear.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and credit or debit card via secure link.
Do you offer financing or installment payments?
Yes. You can pay for your purchase with Klarna (flexible financing, depending on availability in your country), with PayPal (which in some markets allows installment payments) or by splitting payments through your bank if your card or account allows it. We also accept a single payment by bank transfer or card via secure link.
Can I pay part upfront and the rest later?
No. Full payment must be made before production begins, to ensure materials are reserved and your piece gets started.
What currency are prices in? Can I pay in another currency?
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include 21% VAT for EU customers.

How do I receive my purchase invoice?
We send the invoice by email after confirming the order, with details of the piece, materials, and applicable VAT (where applicable).
For custom rings we also send a proforma invoice BEFORE payment.
