Timelines and delivery
A made-to-order ring is not just any online order — it's a weeks-long process that passes through many hands: yours telling us what you imagine, ours translating it into a design, the master jeweler's shaping the metal.
The average time from when you first write to us to when your ring is ready is 4 to 6 weeks, broken down as follows:
- Days 1–3 Initial conversation. You share your vision, budget, and size. We send you a proposal with 2–3 design options.
- Days 4–7 We refine the design you've chosen. We create the 3D render. We confirm materials, diamond, and finishes. This stage can run longer if you request several revisions. We try to avoid that.
- Weeks 3–4 Metal casting, diamond setting, final polishing.
- Week 4–5 Quality control, certificate, packaging, and insured shipping.
If you have a specific date (proposal, anniversary), tell us upfront. We reorganize the calendar at no extra cost.
Budget
Every BRAVORA ring is made to order, so there's no fixed price. What there is is full transparency: we break down every euro before you confirm anything.
Typical ranges (complete ring: design + diamond + setting + engraving):
- From €1,650 classic solitaire with a 0.5 ct lab-grown diamond.
- €2,000–€2,800 most of our custom rings (1–2 ct, more elaborate designs).
- From €5,500 pieces with larger diamonds, natural gemstones, extremely complex designs, or premium materials.
Always included:
- Custom design (all revisions needed until we land on your ideal ring)
- IGI-certified lab-grown diamond (<0.5 ct)
- Insured shipping
- Resizing with all associated costs covered
- Presentation box and insured shipping
What affects the price: the size and quality of the diamond, the metal (platinum runs ~30% more than 18k gold), and the complexity of the design (a plain solitaire costs less than a pavé with a hidden halo).
When you fill in the form you tell us your budget — we will never propose something outside of it.
Payment methods and financing
Our goal is for payment to never be an obstacle. That's why we offer several options:
Split payment (50% upfront, 50% on delivery)

Interest-free installments
- Scalapay / Klarna (coming soon): up to 4 interest-free installments on orders up to €3,000.

What is the custom ring design and production process at BRAVORA? How long does it take?
We work 100% on demand:
- Briefing (style, budget, and timeline)
- Proposal and fixed quote (we cover all unexpected costs)
- Secure payment (card or bank transfer)
- 3D render and revisions (as many as you need)
- Handcrafted production
- Delivery.
Production typically takes ~4 weeks from your design approval of the render, and the full process usually runs 4–5 weeks, depending on complexity. If you have a specific date in mind, we prioritize it and keep you updated at every milestone.
Are the diamonds certified? GIA or IGI?
Yes. All diamonds, whether natural or lab-grown, come with an independent certificate, usually GIA or IGI, depending on availability and preference. These certificates detail the 4Cs and the laser-inscribed number on the girdle for online verification. Moissanites and other lab-created gemstones are not externally certified, but we guarantee their quality and authenticity through our internal quality control.
Do you have a physical store or showroom where we can see rings in person?
We don't have a store open to the public; our workshop is not open to walk-ins. We work with a digital model to offer fair prices without retail overhead. We guide you with video calls, 3D renders, and true-to-scale photos and videos.
What if I don't like the final design?
Before we start production, we show you photorealistic 3D renders of your piece. If it's not quite right, we keep iterating at no extra cost. We only begin crafting once you give your final approval.
Yes. You pay an initial 50% deposit to start the design process, and we don't begin creating the ring until you approve the 3D render. The remaining 50% is only due once the ring is ready and you approve it via photos and videos of the finished piece, ready to ship.
Payment is made at the start by bank transfer or a secure card link. Many clients split the payment through their own bank (using their bank's installment option).
How do I get the ring size right if I want it to be a surprise?
We can guide you with at-home methods (measuring an existing ring or using a ring sizer), and if we don't get it right, we include a free resizing within 90 days of delivery.
What if I change my mind?
If it's before production starts, we refund your deposit in full minus the design time cost (typically 150–300 €). Once the piece is in the workshop, it can no longer be canceled.
Do you ship outside Spain?
Yes, throughout the EU with insured shipping. Outside the EU we handle it case by case.
