Refund policy

1. Catalog pieces — 30-day returns

If you have purchased a ring from our standard collection (non-custom) and for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it  within 30 calendar days of receipt. No reason is required.

Conditions

For us to accept the return, the ring must be:

  • In perfect condition, with no signs of wear.
  • With its original packaging, tags, and documentation intact.
  • Accompanied by the certificate of authenticity (BRAVORA and IGI/GIA if applicable).

Return shipping is on us. We provide a prepaid, insured shipping label. You don't pay a thing.

Returns are not accepted in these cases

We cannot accept returns for catalog pieces that have been modified after purchase: rings that have had the size changed, engraved, or any other customization applied. Once modifications are made, the piece is considered custom.

2. Custom pieces

Custom rings are made exclusively for you, according to your design specifications, size, materials, and gemstones. They are one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be resold to someone else.

For this reason, custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind.

What we do cover, always:

If upon receiving your custom ring you notice any manufacturing defect or issue, we take responsibility for repairing or replacing it at no cost. We also include one free resizing within the first 90 days.

When is a piece considered custom?

A ring is considered custom when it includes any modification to a catalog design (change of gemstone, metal, width, prongs, profile, engraving) or when it is a design created from scratch. In both cases, we confirm this in writing before production begins.

3. Free resizing — 90 days

Whether it is a catalog or custom piece, we include one free resizing within 90 calendar days of receipt of the ring.

We know that getting the size right isn't always easy, especially for surprise proposals. That's why we give you a generous window.

Resizing conditions

  • One resizing per ring.
  • The adjustment must be technically feasible without compromising the integrity of the piece. Some designs (for example, full eternity rings) have resizing limitations.
  • Round-trip shipping for the resizing is on us.
  • Typical turnaround: 1 to 2 weeks from the time we receive the ring.

After 90 days, we can carry out resizing for an additional fee. Please contact us.

4. How to return — step by step

  1. Write to usSend an email to hola@bravorajewelry.com or a WhatsApp message to +34 694 272 328 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We confirm and send instructionsWithin a maximum of 48 business hours we will confirm the return and provide you with a prepaid, insured shipping label along with packing instructions.
  3. Prepare the packagePlace the ring in its original packaging with all documentation and certificates. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship itDrop the package off at the indicated pickup point or wait for a home collection (depending on availability in your area).
  5. We receive and inspectOnce we receive the ring, our team checks its condition. If everything is in order, we process the refund.

5. Refund

Timeline

We process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Method

The refund is issued to the same payment method used in the original purchase. If you paid by card, it may take an additional billing cycle to appear.

What is refunded?

The full amount of the item is refunded. Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, in which case we refund the total amount including shipping costs.

What if documentation is missing?

If the ring is returned without the IGI certificate or without the original documentation, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing the certificate (up to €150) from the refund amount.

6. Manufacturing defects

If at any time you notice a manufacturing defect in your ring — whether a catalog or custom piece — you are covered by our lifetime warranty.

In these cases, round-trip shipping is on us, and the repair or replacement is free of charge.

Important: The manufacturing warranty is separate from the return window. You may claim a manufacturing defect at any time, regardless of when you purchased the ring.

7. Statutory right of withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) and European Directive 2011/83/EU, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without the need for justification.

At BRAVORA, we voluntarily extend this period to 30 calendar days for non-customized catalog pieces.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 103(c) of the TRLGDCU and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. This includes all rings custom-made by BRAVORA to the customer's specifications.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

You may communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement sent to:

No specific form is required. Simply provide your name, order number, and your intention to withdraw. Once we receive your communication, we will confirm receipt and provide the steps for returning the item.

Statutory conformity guarantee

In addition to our lifetime commercial warranty, Spanish law establishes a statutory conformity guarantee of 3 years from delivery of the product. If your ring has a lack of conformity (does not match what was contracted), you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the contract in accordance with current legislation.

Our commercial warranty is additional and does not limit, condition, or replace these rights.
